Our journey began with a bold vision—to reimagine and enhance an already promising shopping centre and transform it into a modern retail destination. Driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to creating a space that meets the needs of our customers, we embarked on an extensive renovation. In 2022, we completed a state-of-the-art transformation, revamping the mall to offer the latest in design, convenience, and style.

At Preller Walk, we are committed to sustainability, with a focus on reducing our environmental footprint. Our 980 solar panels, which were the largest commercial solar installation in the Free State at the time, generate 233 kW of electricity. These panels now supply at least 30% of the shopping centre's power, significantly reducing our reliance on diesel during load shedding and lowering overall power costs by using green energy. Even during load shedding, Preller Walk remains fully operational, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our visitors. In addition to our energy practices, we uphold strict environmental standards by carefully managing water usage and avoiding harmful pesticides that could contaminate the water supply. Our dedication to sustainability ensures that we continue to provide an eco-friendly environment for both our tenants and customers.
